LTLO - Let's Talk Legal Officer

As a French corporate lawyer, I have held directorship mandates for dozens of companies, gaining deep experience in governance, compliance, and strategic oversight.

When I moved to North America, I transitioned into the Board of Trustees of an international NGO holding special consultative status with the United Nations' Economic and Social Council, where I further developed my skills in fiduciary responsibility and international governance.

Since returning to France, I have leveraged this background to offer non‑executive directorship services to French companies that require solid French expertise, governance support, and local tax substance.

What is a Non-Executive Director?

A Non-Executive Director (NED) is an independant board-level member who is not part of the day-to-day management of the organisation.

As a NED, my role (as a natural person) or LTLO's (as a corporate entity) is primarily to:

bring specialist expertise the board would not otherwise have internally
support the CEO and executive team as a trusted, experienced sounding board
provide substance as a French tax resident.

Asset Managers & Investment Funds

For asset managers with/or funds investing in France and looking for independent local corporate law experience and strengthened French tax substance.

As a NED, I allow your French Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to function smoothly on a daily basis, in French.
