2. Data Collected
We collect only the data strictly necessary for the purposes described below, in accordance with the data minimisation principle set out in Article 5 of the GDPR:
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, internet service provider. This data is collected automatically during your visit.
Browsing data: pages visited, dates and times of visit, navigation path on the site.
Contact form data: first name, surname, email address, subject and content of your message. These fields are mandatory in order to process your enquiry; optional fields are indicated as such.
Newsletter subscription data: email address, collected with your explicit consent (opt-in).
3. Legal Bases and Purposes of Processing
Technical and browsing data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), solely for the purpose of ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website.
Contact form data is processed on the basis of pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), exclusively to respond to your enquiry and manage any follow-up.
In all cases, data is used only for the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with the purpose limitation principle set out in Article 5 of the GDPR.
4. Recipients of Data
Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with technical service providers acting as data processors, strictly within the scope of their remit and bound by a contract compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR, as well as with competent authorities where required by law.
5. Retention Periods
Data submitted via the contact form is retained for three years from the date of the last interaction, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the French data protection authority (CNIL) on customer relationship management.
Technical and browsing data is retained for a maximum period of thirteen months. Upon expiry of these periods, data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymised, in accordance with the storage limitation principle set out in Article 5(1)(e) of the GDPR
6. Your Rights
Under Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data.
To exercise any of these rights, please send your request to Laurie@LTLO.fr, enclosing a copy of proof of identity. You will receive a response within one month, which may be extended to three months in the case of a complex request.
If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL — www.cnil.fr — or any other competent supervisory authority within the European Union.
